HOW DO I APPLY?
Contact return2caribbean and speak to one of our team members to make an appointment. It’s that simple.

WHAT SERVICES DO YOU OFFER?
From architectural to construction to notary to land acquisition to logistics to travel to concierge services. Whatever is needed to ensure your investment or relocation to the Caribbean is carried out as smoothly as possible.

CAN I GET A TAILOR-MADE PACKAGE?
Certainly. We offer a bespoke service, so you pay for what you ask us to do! This will be explained at your initial appointment meeting with a return2caribbean coordinator.

IS THERE ANYONE TO OVERSEE MY PROJECT IN THE CARIBBEAN?
Yes. There will be a locally based Project Manager assigned to oversee your project who will be in direct contact with our Caribbean Office.

WILL I GET REGULAR UPDATE
Yes, the return2caribbean app will keep you fully informed on the progress of your project. You can download the app from your local app store for ISO or Android.

WHAT IS THE PAYMENT SCHEDULE?
This will be fully explained at your initial appointment meeting.

DO YOU USE FULLY QUALIFIED STAFF IN YOUR PROJECTS?
Certainly. We pride ourselves on using the best Trade Service Providers when working on your project in the UK and the Caribbean, from start to finish. All our Trade Service Providers are fully qualified according to their own industry standards and regulations.

CAN I CHANGE MIND AFTER SIGNING MY INITIAL CONTRACT?
There is a 14 day limit in which to change your mind about a house design. However, once your project begins, amendments can only be considered based on advice from our Head Architects and Construction Project Managers.
Any additional design changes to an agreed plan will incur additional charges, following an update meeting with you.

DO YOU OFFER AN AFTER PROJECT SERVICE?
Yes, the Caribbean Office will arrange a bespoke after care service with you, to ensure your relocation experience and settling in, is as smooth and pleasant as possible.
If you are an investor and wish our continued involvement in your investment, we offer a Service Level Agreement, including maintenance.

CAN YOU ARRANGE FULL SHIPPING, STORAGE AND TRANSPORTATION OF ALL MY HOUSEHOLD AND COMMERCIAL GOODS TO A CARIBBEAN COUNTRY OF MY CHOICE?
That is one of our key services and will be included in your bespoke return2caribbean package, should you so wish.

CAN YOU HELP ME UNDERSTAND CURRENCY CONVERSION RATES?
return2caribbean will constantly monitor the international currency rates of exchange to ensure that the cost of your project will remain as close to the agreed contract sum, as possible.
You will be notified if there are any major fluctuations in the currency exchange rates and this will be reflected in a revised contract sum.

GIVEN THE TIME DIFFERENCE, ARE YOU ABLE TO OFFER 21-HOUR CUSTOMER SUPPORT SERVICE?
Yes, you will receive live updates when you download the return2caribbean app from your local app store.
